AutoCare Collision and Refinish Warranty provides coverage up to a
lifetime based upon your vehicle ownership. For example, say you
decide to move to another state, or even across the country, and
something happens with the repair or refinish on your vehicle. The
NAPA AutoCare Collision and Refinish Warranty ensures that you or your
insurance company will never pay twice for covered repairs and
refinishes.

The NAPA AutoCare Collision and Refinish Warranty
Collision Warranty
Ground Zero Auto Body offers the NAPA AutoCare Collision and Refinish
Warranty on qualifying repairs for up to lifetime ownership of your vehicle.
Services covered include:
* Metalwork - All metalwork including welding and the application of
materials utilized in making collision repairs, excluding rust repairs.
* Mechanical Repairs - Minor mechanical repairs performed in
conjunction with a collision repair.
* Paint - Paint and refinish work will be warranted against peeling,
cracking, crazing, extensive loss of gloss, failures on flexible plastic
parts, color fading and/or chalking, and moisture blistering up to
lifetime ownership of your vehicle.
Services not covered include:
* PAINT EXCLUSIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
o Rust Failures
o Abrasion
o Scratches or Chips
o Chemical Spotting
o Any repair work performed over a previously repaired substrate
o Original equipment finish failures
o Use of improper detergents and/or failures caused by
environmental pollution
o Use of abrasive cleaning products.
o Any defect caused by improper maintenance or care
o Any defect which occurs as a result of the vehicle's involvement
in an accident
o Warranty is non-transferable.
* TIRES
* ALL MECHANICAL REPAIRS NOT COVERED BY THE NAPA
PEACE OF MIND WARRANTY
* GLASS REPAIR or REPLACEMENT
